Twice a year, in the fall and spring, for nine consecutive weeks at $60 per person per session.
INTEGRATIVE BREATHING SESSIONS
Integrative Breathing sessions are $80 per hour.
SINGLE AGAIN PSYCHO-EDUCATIONAL GROUPS
Groups offered in collaboration with Changing Focus, a donation- based agency.
Every Monday evening - 7:00 to 9:00 in Columbia, MD
